Payment Options and Insurance
Payment is expected at time of session for
face to face counseling and can be made by check, money order, or cash. You can also pay via paypal which will enable
you to pay for services with a credit card. Please note if you are paying via credit card payment must be made prior
to your individual, group, telephone, or email session.

If you have Out of Network Insurance Benefits you may get reimbursed for your out
of pocket expenses. You can call you insurance company and ask them what your out of network mental health benefits
are for counseling with a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Claims for insurance reimbursement are your responsibility; however,
I will provide you with any necessary documentation upon request.
